Front pages of the Express and The Star have Kate saying that she'd fight Jade for £100,000 and £200,000.

Now, anyone who has watched The Winners Week show on E4 knows that Kate is fully aware of the rivalry that the tabloids are trying to create between them and she has gone out of her way to not give them what they want. More nonsense, which hopefully people wont fall for.

The producers of SM:TV must be loving all this though

Kate as on Capital Radio this morning and said she thought Jade was a sweet girl and took the rumours of Jade hating her with a pinch of salt.

She also said she would lose in a fight as Jade is one scary person - she was very lighthearted and very nice about Jade.

You can't win on the "nice person" ticket and then turn round and start being nasty. People would start believing you were false.

Whether you like Kate or not, it would have been very easy for her to take up an offer from one of the tabloids and go with the whole rivalry thing between her and Jade, I respect her for not selling out in that way.

As for Jade... Her mouth runs wild at times, which is exactly what reporters want... Hopefully they'll put this nonsense to rest if they are on SM:TV together, because it will only end up in everyone telling them both to get lost.

Kate and Jades agents are really earning their money aren't they? Must be hard for them to come up with something new each day to keep that 15 minutes going, the 'bitter rivals' angle is working out well though so far..

I hope both Jade and Kate realise that it's not just the tabloids that will be trying to use them for their own gain but their own agents as well, who no doubt have already got them both to think of them as "friends"...

Jade said on Graham Norton that she didn't like Kate and her mother also said she didn't last week before the eviction.

Jade also said she despised Alex 5 weeks ago, and wouldn't be friends with Spencer in the real world. But there you go...

Latest twist in the tale...

DAY 7 out of the Big Brother house and it’s nomination time again for KATE LAWLER.


The BB winner has been set her toughest task yet - choosing between DUNCAN JAMES from BLUE and former housemate SPENCER SMITH.

Duncan has been bombarding Kate with phone calls, begging for a date after they met at the Big Brother aftershow party last Friday.

But by Day 3, Spencer had also made his move and has agreed to go on a date with Kate.

Apparently Spencer and Kate admitted to each other that they really liked one another at the party, and they'll definitely being going out at some point...

“But as for romance, I’m not sure at the moment. Spencer and I have a mutual understanding with each other. I think he’s gorgeous and we like each other.”

But this wally from Blue is supposed to be after her as well now.

Could all be more nonsense... A feud and a bit of love triangle... The usual tabloid stuff. Still, it's all quite entertaining.

Whilst she may have wonky teeth, she does have an absolutely beautiful pair of eyes. If she had a pair of knockers, it would be lovely. I'm such a charmer.

Thought the make up was a bit OTT maself but she's scrubbed up nice enough.

Duncan from Blue, he was so cringe making when he popped up in the heat of the FINAL of BB3, to arrange a date with Kate.

(He looked impotent and too late in the day, especially as Spencer and Alex leave him standing. (hell he wouldn't stand a chance with Kate, in the same room as me, and I don't think I could beat Alex or Spencer to Kate.)


And Kate as usual, responded with what was desired of the situation, and pretended to be overawed etc, when she was right in the middle of fallout from Alex / Spencer, whoever you believe it to be.
