Play.com - No More Region 1????!!!!!
Just been onto www.play.com and they seemed to have removed ALL Region 1 DVD's from their website!! Surely they arn't removing one of the main reasons why many people shop with them?. Whats going through their heads???
EDIT : Forget this folks - It just seems the have removed them off their main page, If you click on DVD their still there...... (WARNING : ATTEMPT TO MAKE UP FOR HIS STUPID MISTAKE ALERT!!!) Still strange they have moved it off the homepage though. Maybe there thinking of not stocking region 1's.

i dont think its that strange to be honest. play.com is primarily a UK site, and so it makes sense to list region 2 dvds first. I know im always clicking the menu and having to select R2 before searching, now i dont have to do that and can just enter in a title and press enter

Its still on the homepage all you have to do is click on the menu at the right hand side on the Import DVD links.
Also if you want to search for any R1 titles you have to scroll the search facilty all the way down to the bottom to you find R1 title, actor etc... |

Hmmm, you seem to be able to buy Britney Spears' high-quality film debut "Crossroads" on R1 DVD. Makes me glad I can't play Region 1s on my PS2...
