Har, funny you should say that but I was going to mention that in a previous post and thought against it. David Icke actually has one of the most extensive conspiracy theory webistes I've ever seen - takes A LOT of trawling through it. I do know people who totally respect his beliefs, although I personally think he's lost the plot. Apparently all his 'shapeshifting lizard' stuff is about the Illuminati and is metaphorical rather than literal. He says that being a former top sportsman, he was approached by those in control to be used as a mouthpiece. Possibly for a sportsman to find out things like that go on could be enough to tip him over the edge, who can say. I know people who go to his conferences and swear he's completely sane and rational. I guess the only thing any of us can say is that we don't know what the truth of the matter is.
