No-one denies their right to carry on investigating as long as they wish, but all they seem to be doing with this court action is exclusively persue and victimise one person who simply doesn't know what happened to their son.
The court action has nothing to do with finding out the truth about their son's death, it just seeks to get Michael into trouble. That's why people will be angry with them if they try to stage any sort of stunt tonight. And quite right too.
