They are back at the house at Elstree trying to serve those papers again.

Are they having some sort of sit-in until he's evicted? I don't agree with their petition, but it would make great TV if they served the papers on MB live as he exited the House. I wonder if MB's going to have to make a run for it - maybe his lawyer's got him a chopper sorted ready to hoist him away to freedom.
If he turns up to the eviction party dressed as the Milk Tray Man, we'll know he's been tipped off!

Hopefully the crowd will beat them to the ground and server those papers to them where the sun doesn't shine.

When you say "them", is it the bereaved parents, or the harmless court officials you're wanting to see physically assaulted?

The BBC have reported that the papers were accepted by CH4 (on his behalf) on the 20th January.

Amazing how a whining self-pitying alcoholic is seen as some sort of hero for trying to restart his career by appearing on reality TV (for which he is paid 150K) yet bereaved parents who just want to know the truth about their son's death are seen as some kind of self-publicising villains ... Or am I being stupid and this is Mr Blonde under another name?

I agree. MB makes out he is the injured party and the pity me act has been prevalent.

They state on their 'BB News website' that the papers were accepted by CH4 after a second court ruling. If they are wrong and you are correct, then I doubt if anyone will be able to get near Michael Barrymore during his exit from the house. I would also think that he will be told via the diary room of recent events - as all contestants are before evictions start - incase of shouts from the crowd etc..

i think he could have made a big comeback if he had not sneaked into the country and if he had faced the parents

all they want is closure and he could give it to them

he says he has faced his demons but he is lying he has not faced the parents of that man, all it would take is a conversation with them , the more he ignors them the more they think he has something to hide

if he has nothing to hide he should never be worried

No-one denies their right to carry on investigating as long as they wish, but all they seem to be doing with this court action is exclusively persue and victimise one person who simply doesn't know what happened to their son.

The court action has nothing to do with finding out the truth about their son's death, it just seeks to get Michael into trouble. That's why people will be angry with them if they try to stage any sort of stunt tonight. And quite right too.

Does "closure" invlove dragging Barrymores still twitching body through the streets as an enraged mob hurl bags of sh*t on his person? I doubt the manipulated parents of that dead guy want a cosy chat with Michael as you seem to imply.

I'm replying to galena who states that it is the parents who are being portrayed as villians whereas MB is now been seen in some quarters as the comeback king. MB needs to face up to what happened and it's wrong that the parents are been given a raw deal. MB has been using the pity me act to gain favour and sympathy

I imagine there's a difference between getting some straight answers about what happened that night from someone who hasn't even had the guts to face them and the 'dragging the twitching body' analogy. If my child had died in suspicious circumstances and someone who could give me some indication of his last hours left the country for four years and then came back to go directly on TV without even acknowledging my grief, I'd be livid. I think they're entitled to some information FFS.

It's amazing everything the papers have ever publicised about MB is disputed by his fans but they are quite happy to post hysterical speculation about others - about whose aims and motivations they know nothing.

i would have liked to go to the eviction show tonight with a big placard saying: SINK OR SWIM TIME MB.

alternatively i could just go dressed as a message in a bottle.
