I have purposely kept the freephone service off these forums, as they do have a habit of disappearing.

The telephone directory website is quite useful. |

. Didn't say I was, I have been using the 0800 number since it was first mentioned over on SNT0 and MSE. However this is a very popular site and if Trinity Mirror realise it is getting abused, they like other companies will drop that number. When people have asked about DQ I have sent them a PM with the details. Now I find the number useful, would be a shame if it gets taken offline simply because if it being posted around openly. |

Yes, I use online sometimes, but what is the point when you can call DQ for free?

Trinity Mirror
I know for a fact that the freephone service is going to last for another year and at least 6 months. The freephone service only recieves about 300 calls a months and wouldn't be costing TM much money.
However, it has been noted that half of these calls are being made from payphones and its costing TM an extra 8p to 16p per call. This is because of the payphone access charge. I have also seen the freephone number advertised in NWP Spectrums phone boxes, so TM are advertising their own FREE directory service in phone boxes and paying NWP to do so. So I don't think posting the number on DS will have much effect compared to TM's method of advertising. |
