The signal on HotBird will be available to TPS subscribers.
The one on AB1 is the original signal, coming from the MTV TX in Milan.

I havent seen any sign of Orange Sport on that freq on 13E. The video pid reported for it is carrying a Walf TV information card.

Neither have I.
Though it has been reported by King of Sat to be testing on the label,previously occupied by Walf Tv.
Its a channel,thats going to be part of the BIS package.

I doubt it.
They go fta periodically,as does that entire transponder as well as 11973V.
I noticed when the 19e MTV Networks transponder goes FTA the MTV Networks transponder on Hotbird does aswell. If theres been a major fault at mtv in london or something.

I can confirm this, Although there are two versions. One is uneypted and one is cryptoworks so I'm kinda confused.
