Yes I know they are, But they are still flagged as encyption so viasat recievers cant see them (They are the primary users of the nordic beam) and there are promos running on viasat channels about analog switch off, and telling people they should call viasat for more infomation. Estonians think this is part of their analog switch off, like freesat here
