NatGeo Music was temporarily in the clear on 13° East, because the feed on 16° East was not available due to a satellite malfunction.

Thanks for the shout on Nick. In case of doubt, Nick +1 Italia (English and Italian soundtracks) is on HotBird.

That's the feed for Rai Mux 1 Lombardia, available on DVB-T in Lombardy.

You can see regional news from Lombardy at 14, 19:35 and 22:55 CET on Rai 3 TGR Lombardia.

There is also a secondary audio subcarrier on Rai 1, 2 and 3, which is used occasionally.

Yes. Plenty of FTA Italian channels there. Here's what comes up with a KingOfSat search.

Most of the Italian channels are low budget rubbish. The main RAI channels are only partially fta - they encrypt for movies & sports, and at some point will almost certainly go entirely scrambled as they have joined tivusat..

I highly doubt that. Too many cable companies take it as Rai International for them to enc full time. They clearly have it cut down to manage the rights properly so there's no real reason to enc full time.
