Different owners and showing English language films mainly US, a kind of inspired by Cinemoi UK channel. Perhaps Cinemoi US will find its way to one of the low-cost IPTV channels that are expected to gain traction next year in the UK.

KSA2 (Saudi Channel 2).

It's been FTA basically forever, so everyone probably already knows of it's existence, but it seems to have moved beyond simply News & related shows and now seems to show general TV shows & Movies also, in English with Arabic subtitles.
