Of course there's selective editing. However should they not have shown Galloway's outbursts? Should they not have shown Pete's outbursts? etc. etc. THAT is why they were voted out.

Chantelle is always going to look a more attractive vote for many up against some of other housemates. I guess Endomol failed to show the scenes where Chantelle was really threatening, bullying and spitefull due to their 'selective editing' - or maybe she really was just a nice person?

So your favourite housemate lost - big deal, it's a only TV show!

I wanted Traci to win but I wasn't objectionable to Chantelle winning she is a nice lass. As long as it wasn't Pete.

im not too fussed, just a tad bored of seeing "dappy" girls win, seems you cant get anywhere in reality tv if you exhibit an ounce of intelligence. It is 2006 afterall, just my tuppence worth tho. Plus, chantelle's "is hitler dead?" comment was sooo ridiculous!

I would say Chantelle is the first "dappy girl" to win a reality show. Of the female winners of Big Brother we've only had Kate (the ladette) and Nadia (the former lad!) - neither particularly "dappy".

Whoever voted for Chantelle the present lookalike Sindy doll to win CBB4 clearly has no taste in personality, clothes, food & decorating.
Congratulations

Yes I remember him. He was a fun, dorky guy and he didn't get his tits out or nuffin.

I shouldn't be, but I am disillusioned about how easily manipulated the viewing public are... God forbid if a political party ever gets the control of the TV media..

I have nothing against Chantelle as an individual... but have found the lack of "star celebrity" in "celeb" reality shows, devaluing in the context and feel Endemol's manipulation of the "celebs" to promote basically an anti-celeb stance may have lead to even less well known celebs appearing on the Show in the future.

I'm very disappointed, what's the point of CBB when a non celeb goes in, tries to dupe the others, failed 3 times and yet still stayed in and went on to win. The whole thing stinks a far as I'm concerned. Well we now have another 'Jade' - love me, love me, I'm thick. As far as media moneyspinning goes, she has it made, she's no where near as 'innocent' as she portrayed herself in there and her best 'friend' is Jodie, heaven help us. What with this and C4/Endemol manipulating the viewing and doing away with the red button, I fear that BB is on a seriously downward spiral, as much as I love the programme, I doubt I'll be watching anymore.

Micheal Barrymore is back... and I love it!!!”

Glad to see Michael doing so well, but in this instance maybe it will teach the celebs to have a bit of humility and not to take so much for granted in future.

I think it will directly influence their behaviour on CBB in future. If they or their agents have any sense that is!
