Chantelle Won, but Who's the REAL Winner.. who will gain most?
AfterToday

I still say Chantelle.. but along with Michael and Preston!

Chantelle because she had nothing and now is front page of like every newspaper! Michael cause most of the public now love him, and Preston because boys will be boys will be one of the top selling singles this year

I think Rula will get back on to TV, as she wanted to. Faria was on the radio this morning and seemed quite happy about things so feels rehabiliated. Pete should write his autobiography because I'm sure, if he does it in good time, it will sell as well as Boy George's 'Take it Like a Man'.
But Chantelle and Michael, yes, will have gained a lot.

Chantelle - big winner as had nothing to start with so nothing to lose
Barrymore - big gamble that probably paid off following his argument with George where he grew in confidence and realised he didn't have to try so hard.
Pete Burns - not sure why he went in there really. He has his money and a higher profile so not a total disastr.
Preston - went in there to get his band more known, definitely achieved that.
Maggot - as above.
Traci - higher profile so could get jobs in UK if that's what she wants
Dennis - as above
Rula - got the money to pay off her debts, not done her any harm in putting her name higher up casting directors lists, possible cat food commercial
Faria - neutral, not achieved her aim of making public see her as a nice girl really but nothing too bad.
Jodie - not done herself any favours at all, if she had 'forgiven' Barrymore at the final she could have done some damage limitation but she just made things worse.
George - definite higher profile but not in the right way - he has come out of this looking petty, mean, a bully and an all round nasty piece of work, gains least of all from this.

Chantelle another z-lister on horizon and in the sludge mill

Preston.. ha ha

Oh indeed. You can just imagine all those highly lucrative after-dinner speaking gigs in the US that Maggot will be offered, but will be cruelly denied GG.

I think Michael gained the most.

He didn't win, but getting such a big cheer when he came out must have boosted his confidence - And he needed that more than anything. Bear in mind, before he came onto BB, he still thought that he was hated by most of the population. And even though it's only Big Brother, in being voted second place... That's got to feel great for him.

Chantelle definitley , she went in a "nobody" and now shes ont he front of every paper. Her fame may not last long but she'll make a lot of money in a short space of time.

Micheal i think will do well too, hes shown he isnt how the press portray him and i have a feeling he'll be on tv a lot more now.

And yes Preston and Maggot will do really well with their bands and willl have a much bigger fan base as they came across as really genuine guys.

not sure abput any of the others...

Chantelle has already gained the most and is definitely the real winner.

Barrymore has probably gained some confidence, but his other issues have yet to go away.

Maggot has done what he set out to do and hasn't diminished his character as some of the others probably have.

Traci is better known now and should do well out of this.

I hope that Preston resolves any problems he may have created with his girlfriend - I don't think that he has come out of this as well as he had hoped which is a shame because his band seem quite good.

Chantelle will be a three minute wonder- but will do quite well in the short term

Preston - will def do well as long as they can get the next album out fairly quickly whilst he is riding on the wave. OB are a good credible band and by doing BB people now know who they are. Its circumventing the usual routes which are becoming increasingly closed off to new acts
. I think he done good.

Maggot - certainly raised the profile of GCL, however, I am not sure whether they have as long a shelf life as OB - I do think Maggot may manage to go into other things.

Rula - perhaps a bit more acting/advert work.

Micheal - manage to change some of the public's perceptions about him which has to be a positive. As to where he goes form here not sure as I just do not think he is current enough to make it on mainstream TV. Mind you there are loads of satellite channels now - I am sure he will end up doing something that he enjoys.

Out of all of them though I think Preston has the most to gain from this particularly given that the OB music is actually good.

cant believe that you think GG came out of BB the worst. can you name any other politician that would enter the BB house for x number of weeks, let the cameras show his real personality, let himself open up for attack thye way he did. I think it should be compulsory for EVERY politician to enter the BB house for a minimum of 4 weeks so we can see the real personality of who we are voting for.

It was a great idea for george to enter the house, he is ahead of hispolitical rivals and he did try to reach out to public that parliment doesnt do. people will look back at GG and think that he wasnt soo bad after all. Look at all the politicians that are so false, you cant accuse GG of that!

I think Maggot and Preston will do very well, as apparently sales of their albums have shot up during the course of the show, and I believe the Ordinary Boys tour is sold out.

Who I would like to do well is Traci, be good to see her stick around in the UK for a while.

It depends what you mean by "Who will gain the most"? If you are talking about, who will gain the most money/publicity, then it's obviously Chantelle, Michael, George and maybe Pete.

However, I think Traci gained a lot personally from the BB experience. I think she learnt a lot about herself and gained a lot of confidence. I think Traci appreciated the BB experience a lot more than anyone else.
