My 4000 crashed last night (froze in menu) and when i power cycled it it came up OK but the record history was empty. All my recorded programs were gone. The record settings for future programs were still there. Does anyone know what this means, do I have a faulty box, is it likely to happen again? My 1 year warrenty ran out 5 days ago!!!!
