I have a Pioneer DVR-RT501-s which was taken during a break in, anyway when I got it back it had been 'played with' and the problem I have is I have got to do a channel setup again but when I go into setup the channel setup is red and I cannot get in. Can anyone help me please.

I have got that problem solved only to get another.

I have connected it as it says in the hand book but I cannot record off of SKY can anyone help me on this problem.
