Once logged in click "view my bill" then under the My Order heading select "View Delivery and Order Details." Hope that helps.

No, that problem was with the help page. Though no payment information such as credit card numbers is stored on the portal bill access.

The information doesn't always show on the web site, surely you remember what you have bought, or are you wanting to track the parcel?

If so the parcels are sent by DHL. Stick your parcel number on their website and it will tell you where the handset is.

My phone arrived yesterday and i did order the 12 months (thank god!)

I'm having a problem though, hopefully someone here can help me (again!!)

With My phone came a free bluetooth headset, but i can't seem to get it working with the phone (SE k750i).

i've followed the instructions that cam with it and looked in the phones manual as well as on the SE website, but i just can't seem to get them to pair. the headset is called o2blue.

thanks

i do previously remember hearing that only SE BT h/sets were compatible with SE handsets, i'm not sure if this has now been fixed, its certainly something that went round the call centre a good few months back, if this is still the case then obviously u wont be able to use it so give o2 a call.
