It appear the useless TalkTalk have decided they don't want to offer VoIP services.

TalkTalk have taken over several companies, and have increased their costs, to make themselves dearer than BT, now they are shutting down the VoIP service!

Time for TalkTalk customers to switch their landline services too.

Customers are receiving the following email:

"Dear Customer,

Thank you for using Just Dial VoIP. It is with regret that we will be withdrawing
this service and therefore terminating the contract between us with effect from 13th
February 2006 at midnight. As of this date you will no longer be able to make or
receive calls using the equipment and account details we have supplied. You may wish
to keep the equipment that we have provided. Should you wish to return the equipment,
please send to:

Just-Dial VoIP
Willowglen Road
Gleann Seileach Business Park
Stornoway
Isle of Lewis
HS1 2QP

We hope our VoIP service has met with your satisfaction. Unfortunately it is not
viable for us to sustain the service any longer. A final bill will be sent to cover
calls up to and including the 13th of February.

If you have any further questions regarding the withdrawal of the service, please feel
free to either email us or call our customer service line on 0870 996 9000 - open
8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday.

Well at least the emails honest.

No beaurocratic crap.

Honest, they just want to rip you off, hoping you will use them for their rip-off line rental and phone service.

They have already increased the cost of the Tele2 and OneTel service.

TalkTalk have lost the way, and people need to kick them where it hurts.
