Its a shame it was only explained on the defrosted program that Robin does NOT have the deciding vote, they all press a button at the same time, so the technicians can get the right VT cued up.

As ever, its really the public voters at fault - they obviously didn't vote for the better skater, but vote for the underdog, or the person / personality they like best - why do people do that? But then if we all agreed with the judges we might as well not vote and it would all be boring. At the end of the day, John did wobble on that last one, Stefan didn't

Hey ho

I'm an annoyed John fan who wanted him to stay on Saturday but I'd like to say a few things.

First of all I don't think ITV messed anything up... Phillip said that ONE SECOND before the lines closed, the bottom two had changed from Stefan and X to Stefan and John... It was not unfair. He also said that as he was about to get told the results, someone shouted in his ear "Oh my God it's just changed!"... as they'd "refreshed" the page, as it were.

Another thing is that, I know how much John fans dislike Robin Cousins for giving his deciding vote in favour of Stefan, but, as they also said on This Morning today, all five judges have about 10-15 seconds after the second skater has skated, to cast their vote. Robin wouldn't have known that he was going to be put in that position.

I don't like the fact that John's gone... even though I think Stefan is good too... I thought John was going to go all the way - I can't think of anyone who will be able to do the Bolero other than Bonnie... So we'll have to see how that one goes!

I threw the remote control across the room when Robin said he was saving Stefan... it broke...

John was in the bottom two and in past weeks they have voted on 'the best potential'

even at Johns worst he was equal to Stephan and on Saturday i think John was better than Stephan and the judges must have thought this as well or why was he in third place

something is not lying right here, i think they have killed the competition

we all know who is going to win now

do you think Bonnie is now going to try a routine without all the pazzaz of the lifts?, i dont think so

look what happens when you do as the judges ask and cut out some of the show(this is what John and OLga did)

you get told you were not good enough

i would like to see Stephan do the routines John has done

but i dont think he could

its the judges job to get rid of the worst act out of the bottom two

THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB

Thanks for that, that's interesting. I suppose that would make it fairer and less pressure on the individual judge.

You're right about the public though, we do tend to vote for the underdog.

'Tis such a shame that John was up against Stefan in the final 2. Kelly would have been choking on her Damehood if she'd been up for dismissal.

I would have preferred to see John stay, and there's something about hearing John say that he and Stefan had become very close that makes me all warm inside in a very gay way.....

I too threw my remote at the TV when I watched it. I'm sorry (and I love Stefan too) but John was better over all and didn't deserve to be in the bottom two and definately not voted off!!!

Why do the ITV reality shows have the silly 'judge voting off thing' and then not use it properly?!

Even Strictly Come Dancing didn't have this bad a cock up!

I don't blame Stefan though - he's very lovely
