Spoke to Panasonic on Friday 29th who promised to swap it again next Tuesday.

Well, Tuesday came and went. I phoned them again to find they have no available stock to replace mine. Just great!

I am a patient person but this really is getting very silly now.

I sent an email to Teleplan today and received the following information. I know it's of no use to anyone but it is still a current update as to how things stand.

dear sir,
thank you for your email, unfortunatly we have no new information on the new software update, we still do not know when it will be released.

Sorry to bring you all bad news!!
