She was truly awful.

The best parts of her routines are when her skates are not on the ice.

Yep, her feet were all over the place... that hammer throw lift was amazing though...

Just made me realize as well that half the reason her lifts are so spectacular is because she looks like a tiny bloody leaf and probably weighs as much.

Bizarrely all of a sudden I'm beginning to give Kelly the benefit of the doubt!

I agree - absolutely awful, so why did she get those marks? Totally unjustified.

I felt embarrassed for her tonight. WTF are the judges doing giving her such high marks? Her partner was the one who did all the work!

I reckon she'll be in the bottom 2. Her and Gaynor.

her weakness showed tonight her skating she is great being lifted and her dance rythm is great but she cant skate!!!

So why can't the faffing judges see that?

Shes an awful skater, the fancy lifts couldn't cover it up this week! - Bring Back John!

Definitely agree !

The judges were way off with her scores tonight

Even Kelly skated better than Bonnie

I thought those marks were a disgrace - she can barely stand up on the ice without her partner holding her - ok the lifts and spinning around are spectacular but he could get the same effects with a rag doll. I was astonished at the marking tonight - especially Marika and Sean being bottom - I enjoyed their routine best. Also I thought Stefan's marks were far too high - the fact that he fell and nearly dropped his partner surely should have cost him more marks?

Kelly did really well tonight - a nice graceful performance. She put Bonnie totally in the shade.

She was awful tonight and I'm shocked she got such good marks. I think her performance just proves that she can't skate on her own and relies on the lifts and spins to get her the good marks.

I said exactly that on here last week. That she's about 4 ft tall, weighs about 5 stone and is a dancer so able to be elegant when not on the ground. All her big manly pro partner has to do it throw her around for most of the routine, keeping her off the ice as much as possible.

It's obvious who the judges have got as their winner already. I was thinking tonight what does this woman have to do to get a low mark?! She nearly fell over at least twice, but I even said as that happened that I bet she still gets 5's ... and what d'y'know ... she did!
Even Bonnie was amazed she got such high marks seeing as she was all over the place.

I personaly think that boonie has an added advange over the other contests are she is a trainned dancers

She didn't fall over though. John Barrowman fell over the other week and wasn't penalised, so if she had been penalised for tripping, that would have been inconsistent and unfair.

Who are the boss-eyed idiots who keep voting Bonnie through - that's what I would like to know !!!

I'm not sure how these things are marked but Bonnie's routine was fast , which I would think would be harder to do than a slow routine like Kelly's , so would probably get more marks if difficulty is taken into account.

Bonnie is by far the best. Her routines have your heart leaping into your mouth. So, her partner does a lot of work etc, but surely Bonnie's fearlessness and guts have to count for something. She is a joy to watch, whereas Kelly's rountine is laboured and slow. She is too competitive and aggressive. See her face when Stefan went through? Like thunder! I don't think she's coming across as a very nice person to be honest. Wish she'd have gone tonight.

I think she's fantastic, true she's not a great skater but i just love to watch her and i'm delighted she got through this week.

I suppose it's a bit like X-Factor in that the person doesn't just need a good voice, they have to have a bit of everything, and in Dancing on Ice the person doesn't just need to be able to skate, they have to have a bit of everything which i think Bonnie has, and that's why people like her.

Her routines are always the highlight for me

She puts on a fab show and is a joy to watch

I agree, Bonnie is fabulous to watch, regardless of who does the actual 'work'

The higher marks reflect all kinds of things, not merely the points when her blades are on the ice.

The speed of the routine - the judges remarked upon it. The grade and the poise.

I tell you, to recover from some of the spins they do, and to keep a pose and a smile on her face is no easy task.
She's got some guts, and just because it looks like all she has to do is smile and let herself be thrown around, doesn't mean that it's the easier option by any means.

Added to which, she's a few years older than some of the other contestants.

Age shouldn't come into it.

They should all be on equal footing regardless

I just don't see that at all. Not saying that she should get higher marks like a handicap system, just saying that there are various factors to bear in mind.

Skating is a very physical sport, you can see that when they've completed a routine, they're all out of breath.
You don't have the same levels of stamina as you age, nor the supple limbs that you have when you're younger.

Bonnie's 41, Stephan, for example, is 26, all I'm saying is that there's quite a difference.

I just think that Bonnie suffers a lack of recognition for the things she does well, as people's perception of those elements is often that they're a lot easier than they really are.
