Shame that the net being the main way we can get an idea of the high quality of a new screen and they have a low bit rate stream video.
Also, what's the whirley wheel thing he talks about? |

I believe it is this spinning whell that can lead to some people seeing a rainbow effect on DLP screens. Some DLP screens handle this better than others and not all people seem to notice it.
If you see any write up on DLP screens and projectors, they will normally mention the rainbow effect. Sagem screens seem very good at handling this. Of course if Samsung have got rid of the wheel, then presumeably, the rainbow effect will not happen. |
