also this is abit off topic, im connecting a dvd player in a car. In the car does it matter about the white and yellow plugs? They are both sound, one is sound-right and other sound-left. There is not surround sound in a car so shouldnt really matter if i just plug one of the 2 sound phono plugs in?

You could buy three of these from maplin and use different coploured tape to identify them.http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?...=9664&doy=15m2
