I've been using a Grandstream Hanytone 486 for ages now, and enjoying the free calls thru sipdiscount.
I just upgraded to the Rev 2.0 device to allow my BT calls to pass thru it so i've got voip and bt ringing on the same phone (dect cordless). Problem is, that the handy tone will not pass the caller id string recieved from bt to the handset. It works fine for voip calls, and for bt calls if the power is removed from the ata.
Any ideas?? I've contacted grandstream and they don't have a clue!!
