You're not alone there - that's exactly how I feel.

Have to agree. After the debacle when he was voted off - and there's still something fishy about that to me - I thought I'd carry on watching because I thought it would be churlish to stop. But I just couldn't be ar*ed and haven't seen it since. JB was the only true showman in the show. Once he'd gone, the appeal just dwindled for me, I'm afraid.

Anyone who misses John, just go and watch one of his classic films that he did... Shark Attack 3! Best movie ever, and the best line from a movie ever...

'I'm feeling kinda wired, what do you say I take you home and eat your pussy'...

And, no, I'm not kidding.

One could always watch De-Lovely instead and hear his magnificent rendition of Cole Porter's Night & Day to Kevin Kline. Or slip in the DVD of Hey, Mr. Producer and watch his electrifying performance of "One-Two-Three" from The Fix.

Myself, I prefer to recall the many marvellous theatre performances I've seen him give over the years.

Yes, he's quite the actor, isn't he?

One of the finest I've seen in the West End in the past fifteen years. No wonder Rob Lowe was unhappy when they appeared together in A Few Good Men last year; JB was acting him off the stage, out of the auditorium and onto the street outside.

Does he actually say that in the film ? I thought he said he'd just done it for a laugh and they'd cut it! Oh m'gawd!

"Shark Attack 3", that's it. Where did I get "Jaws 5: Fire Island" from? Shame though, I can't watch anything with sharks in it. Freaks me out ! Even if they are, quite obviously, on a string . But for John? Er,...John , but shark ,...but John ,...but shark ,... what to do, what to do?

The shark is the size of a house! Don't be scared, it's just hilarious. The shark eats boats whole!

And, yes, he really does say that. Trust me. Watch it. You won't regret it. It's one of those films that is so bad that it's good!

In fact, take a look here at it's appreciation thread on Empire Online:

Ok methinks she shall be giving sendit some money soon. They have The Producers for 8 quid and De-lovely for 6!!!!!!!! Producers one is the limited edition one too!! I love that site tends to be cheapest for dvds and videos or so I've found. Having said that says Shark Attack 3 is deleted

My O.H. (who absolutly loves sharks ) caught me looking at the link last night and, spotting a way to get revenge on me for paying John way to much attention, said " Oh, John Barrowman? You'll like that won't you? I'll get you that for your birthday." In the smuggest voice ever ! So now I'll be spending part of my birthday shaking and crying while my O.H. giggles at me .

Just tell me, he doesn't get eaten, does he? At least, not by a shark anyways !

I just got the courage up to check out the stills on his site, ! Sower, wet suite, , yep, looking better and better all the time! And, if you look through the scrap book, wet suite and glasses, ahhh !

Now, if I could just get over this 'shark' thing .

And, yes, you're right, the chick is a bit of a moose!
