I have just purchased a video sender and reciever from argos, it seems to be working fine. I have connected the splitter the tv out socket on my sky box and connected my tv and the transmitter to splitter. I can change channels in other rooms, so thats good. But i was wondering if its possible to buy the recievers seperately, or perhaps buy a transmitter that turns the RF(?) (the aerial socket) on the sky box into a wireless signal, ie UHF(?) so this can be picked up in other rooms.

Also, i was wondering if it was possible to connect the transmitter so that i could set my video up to record things in different rooms, as well as watch the sky in other rooms. At the moment on my current set-up, i can only recieve the video channel as an analogue channel, via aerial connections, but when i press play etc it play vids via scart.
So, heres my setup so far.

TV - 2 scarts
1 to sky
1 to DVD
RF to video

Sky - 2 sockets
1 to TV
1 to Video

Video - sockets
1 To sky
1 Spare
RF out to TV
RF in to RF socket on wall.

The RF IN socket on my sky box is bust, i record sky via input 1 on the video. It would be great to just get something to send to wirelessly send my RF output coz then i can change the screen ratio.

So if you can help, it'd be greatly appreciated..

Ok, so after a bit of searching, i think i've found that the RF transmitting is illegal now ( i knew i remembered seeing them a while ago.)

So to cut the long story short, is there anywhere i can buy seperate recievers?

well you could by 2 more sets from argos and take 1 set back because it came with 2 senders so you would have the 2 receivers

which set did you buy?
