It's not about that

People are clearly going to stick with Emmerdale and watch the BBC3 repeat of EE later Why stop watching something if you have started?

Imagine if EE occupied the 7pm slot usually and Emmerdale occupied the 7.30 slot... EE does an hour special, EE kicks Emmerdale's sorry ass

And that's fair is it?

I do know. People are saying about Emmerdale would never beat EastEnders if they were to go head to head at the same slot as each other.. but than I can say that Emmerdale doesnt get as many viewers on a normal episode becuase it's on at 7 and not half past..

You've misunderstood me. What I meant was that the episode was moved from it's regular slot, so therefore many regular viewers would not have known about the schedule change, and as many also watch Emmerdale, would have tuned in to Emmerdale as normal. If that makes sense...

What would the figures have been, if it were Emmerdale that was forced to move slot to 7.30pm, and go head to head with EastEnders, which would be in it's regular slot.

But than people would tune into eastEnders as normal thinking 'Oh there must not be no Emmerdale on tonight.' There is answers for everything.

Then EastEnders would beat Emmerdale. Yes, so what was your point?

Uh huh Well I was actually sticking up for Emmerdale yesterday, so your logic is questionable.

My favourite soaps are Emmerdale, Corrie and EastEnders. I have no particular allegiances to one more than the other, I love them all equally. I watched the hour special yesterday. But I am still making a valid point, my criticism is against ITV and not Emmerdale.

Sorry to interrupt your 'argument'
But well done Emmerdale, i thought it was a great and funny episode.
I can't wait to see more of Jamie.
Now he's in Emmerdale i actually find him sexy.

Oh no, I said trolls. At least you put care into your posts, even if I don't always agree with peoples opinions, I'm able to respect them because they were able to back them up. Some people just spout any rubbish to get a cheap shot.
