Is it worth changing from Telewest to BT for the landline? |

I've decided to stay with Telewest for the time being as I don't use my phone that often.

Well if you go back to BT and a fault occurs on your line or if they send the order to the wrong house, thats were the fun starts and the big deposits ect.... and its a load of clarting about in changing your line and keeping your existing number.
Neighbours joined BT and the order was sent to my house instead and recieved all their letters. Apart from that, BT seem to charge a lot of money for an engineer to come out or to just repair some dodgy wiring. |
