Just read on the Sun's website that Todd has been injured. He's got whiplash after a fall. It says he may not be fit tonight. Anyone know any more about this?

The statement they issued was that Todd is having intensive physiotherapy and they don't know yet wether he'll be able to skate, but they hope he will.

I don't know what the answer is re. Tod but I think we should all acknowledge the effort and risk put in by the pro skaters. They are the brave ones. The risk of injury is always a worry for professional sportpeople and the chances of being damaged by a novice must be pretty high.
This is particularly true for the girl pros who are very often being supported on a wobbly platform, either high in the air or with their noses close to the ice.
After all, in 3 weeks the celebs will be going back to whatever they do best whilst the skaters are going back to various ice shows etc. to earn their living.

Even if Todd does perform and they do reach the skate off, the judges now have the perfect excuse to keep Kelly and him in, the pair "triumphing over adversity". I would be very surprised if she does go tonight.
