What is the point of the 16-24 category
I think it should be the 18-24 category, because whenever a 16 year old gets through to the final 12, they're told that they're too young and wouldnt cope. Its ridiculous.

Cowell kept saying the same thing about it being too young through AI3, when Diana a 16 year old actually got to the final and finished second. And should have won!

I think they base their decision on how they cope during the auditions and boot camp, some 16 yr olds can cope better than others.

At 16/17, some of the kids are still going through puberty and (technically) they are still children. But some people aren't children and they should get the chance.
