Not from here you don't!

Yes I'm looking forward to it. I saw the spread in one of the daily newspapers recently. Can't believe they built such a vast set, must be costing them a packet. Hope it's a bit grittier and less cheesy than High Road, that went seriously downhill - not much wonder Isobel Blair fled to Kenya!

This is the first I've heard of it - read the site you posted and froma first glance it'll definately be something I will look at initially. Looks like at alast Scotland will get a soap that is really based in the world that a lot of us live.

They've built the set beside Glasgow docks as it has something to do with boat buiding if I remember rightly. There's also a pub - of course!

The High Road has certainly had it's day - think the rot set in when Lafferty turned nice guy!

The set has been built in Dumbarton, in a former Whisky Distillery. It is no where near ant water and has been made to look like it is!

It's possible they have more than one set.
The papers last week said that it was 'on the Clyde'.
I can't see why it would have a boat building theme and not be near water.

I have seen the set and it is no where near water, well except for the burn running along behind it. You would think it was near water by the boatyard and stuff but it is not.

There is only one set although there will be some shots filmed in and around Glasgow sometimes, but it shall mostly occur in the main Dumbaron set.

You should see it, it is very realistic!
