Has anybody told Andi Peters that this show is not aimed solely at children? His reference on Friday evening to natural bodily functions was absolutely infantile and totally unnecessary. It's the sort of remark I hear giggling five year olds make, followed by a hand going to their mouths and eyes opening wide as they know they are being daring, perhaps even a bit naughty.
In five year olds it is rather endearing, in a grown and supposedly intelligent man it is simply uncouth.
The show is poor enough already without sinking to such silliness. I appreciate that ITV are trying to satisfy both a juvenile and adult audience with the same programme - couldn't they do that by having it well presented and talking about what we are all interested in - ice skating?
