Sorry if the link isn't working for some of you...basically you take off from the inside edge of your back foot and land on the outside edge of your other foot - no toe picks involved. You rotate once or more while in the air with your arms tightly tucked into your body.

Stefan and Kristina came across well tonight I bet poor Kristina is a bit lonely after the show though because doesn't she live in Canada? She must be stuck in a hotel or something

i thought the same they both seem like lovely people im sure kristina is here with someone, wouldnt have thought she would be alone. anyway the celebs and that from the show prob go out alot of nights anyway. im sure stefan wouldnt leave her all by her self at a hotel. Didnt they seem such a lovely couple tonite? shame shes married and he has girlfriend they seem perfect for each other and really suit

Has anybody told Andi Peters that this show is not aimed solely at children? His reference on Friday evening to natural bodily functions was absolutely infantile and totally unnecessary. It's the sort of remark I hear giggling five year olds make, followed by a hand going to their mouths and eyes opening wide as they know they are being daring, perhaps even a bit naughty.

In five year olds it is rather endearing, in a grown and supposedly intelligent man it is simply uncouth.

The show is poor enough already without sinking to such silliness. I appreciate that ITV are trying to satisfy both a juvenile and adult audience with the same programme - couldn't they do that by having it well presented and talking about what we are all interested in - ice skating?
