No this is not an april fool.

I thought all you Carl lovers could fill me in on why he is so great and then I might get the mesage.

Also thoughts on your experiences of meeting him on the tour and his brother.

Why do we need to explain ourselves?

And to you, of all people.

I met Carl and Andy briefly during rehearsals of the XFactor Finals. Two very ordinary blokes, one of whom outweighs the other with supreme talent.

Now now don't be mean, I'm looking forward to hearing the album and commenting on it. I do think they can both sing very well actually.

I think I'll download it first or tape it to see what it's like. Somebody's put a posting on the Music thread about the album saying "please tell me it isn't the Jam track they have recorded" I think it is isn't it? I don't know, maybe the poster thought they'd murder the track?

No seriously they can sing. They did a good job of the Bon Jovi stuff and believe it or not when they did Livin On a Prayer I was ironing and dancing to it, honest.

You mean you can multi task as well! Ironing and dancing!

The Jam track happens to be one of Carls favourites and according to the write up Simon loved the accoustic version they did. It is called English Rose.

Will be interesting to see what people think of the album once they have heard it, or even those who only download a couple of songs.

Carl is a very talented singer/songwriter guitar and piano player and has a nice personality and so has his brother

I'm glad he is a good swimmer too after his scarey experience the other day, is there any more news on him, is he OK?

Carl is alright he posted a lovely message on their offical site thanking fans for their concern for him, which was very good of him considering what he must have been feeling like.
