OK, so you probably find that hard to believe, but I've only just really getting 'into' mp3s as I don't really like listening to music on the computer, but I now have just bought a DVD player that plays MP3 CDs, and was wondering how best to use it...
What (in peoples opinion) is the best software for ripping discs, to make audio compliations.
I notice windows media player has an option for copying to HD, but this is in WMA or whatever, but I have done this with some of my CDs, but WMP won't seem to recognise my writer (TEAC CD-W512EB)
The other thing, is my player is a Panasonic XV10, and this says it does not support the ID3 tags - does this mean to work with seeing track names (which the manual shows) each mp3 file will have to be named "<artist> - <Track Name>.mp3 or something?
I assume this will be similar for all DVD players though?
Sorry for the long post, but any help will be appreciated
Craig
