Yep, seems like a good price to me.

£230 notes, good price - wish I had bought mine for that ... but then again I've been avoiding those $ky subs for many months, so maybe I'm glad I bought when I did.

As pointed out you above, you can get twin tuner PVRs for nearly half that .. but they don't have the same functionality, aren't generally as robust, aren't user extendable and at the end of the day, most people thinking of buying a Toppy will be thinking "how much $ky subs is this going to save me" - answer LOTS !

Now, there's a thing. I just bought a sub only from $ky because you can get 6 months half price and that means you can get a 2 mix for £7.50 a month: fifty pence a month cheaper than TUTV. Trouble is that running the card in a Dragon CAM you don't get an epg that's usable.

I am working on some of Nigel's RT scripts to try to get EPGUploader working on the sat version but it's early days yet. My being a bit thick isn't helping.

They are good with their marketing for sure, good intro offers, free kit, but then the bills start to pile on and add up.

I didn't want any kit. Just the card .....
