East 17 are miles better than Five.

I'm a 30 year old guy and I'm not ashamed (much) to say that I quite liked East 17 especially House Of Love, Deep and Alright.

Me too, at the time I thought that they were much better than Take That!

Im glad they are back together as I think that this will help Brian, as he has been having a rough time of late and could do with some positive things.

That documentary broke my heart!

You should be deeply ashamed to admit to that. I'm sending the Music Police around to sort you out.

They're one of those bands where if you're a bloke you secretly liked them but pretended to all your mates you didn't.

Another desperate crappy boyband gets back together mainly because they can't get jobs. How sad.........you watch they'll be another in no time.

Im ash im 19 and i like blue!!!

LOL

I dont think anyone should be ashamed to like a band like East 17. I think for a guy to like them its OK.. I wouldnt admit to people i like blue though. Altho really i dont see a problem with that. I used to look forward to gettin there albums soooo much cos they would be packed full of songs that i would love. There hasnt been an album out since Guilty that i like.. except the emancipation of mimi.

Isn't Brian Harvey still recovering from mental health problems and running himself over? Is he really strong enough (physically and emotionally) to start all that again?

I never saw the point in the other two members - God knows what they're names are?
Brian & Tony were the main voices, the other two just danced and made stupid hand gestures trying to look like rappers in the videos.

I'm pleased about this. East 17 were great. Although I've forgotten whether they're called East 17 or E17 or what?

My favourite song was definitely "Alright". I dont' know how anyone can not love that song. Or their Christmas song, Stay Another Day. There were a couple of others I liked but none that come to mind immediately.

I liked them as well, but very rarely admitted it, being a die hard "Thatter" (Take That fan) you just was not allowed to like East 17! I saw House Of Love on tv yesterday & was having a good old sing along!

The good thing about East17 is that Tony Mortimer wrote most of their stuff, they weren't like Westlife who have a team of writers to get them to number one with each release.
