haven't been around for a few days, glad to see it's still the same old snarling, spiteful pit of bitterness and graceless defeat!!!
I have a strong feeling that if Alex had got the nod to fill in for Steve Penk that the tone would be one of congratulations for his start in media work and how well thought out a career move it is to start on radio before launching his assault on primetime tv.

Graceless defeat? Can't anyone make a comment without that being dragged up time and again? The games over - It doesn't matter who supported who, we're just discussing the amusing aftermath now.

As a matter of interest, she is asked if she will do any prank calls, similar to Steve Penk. She says, if she does do any prank calls, it would most probably involve the other housemates.

One suggestion from me, would involve ringing Alex and pretending to be a representative of Brylcreem and apologising for dropping him from the campaign. Then stating, how they would like him back and are willing to pay £2 million. Then let Alex go around telling anybody with a microphone that he is the new face of Brylcreem and that somehow makes him better than the other housemates. So take that Kate.

Johnson, Can I just ask why you are so obssessed with Alex. ?It's not healthy.

The reason why most of my posts concern Alex, is the same reason why other people on this forum post things constantly about Kate and Jonny. The inbalance on this forum towards favouring Alex needs to be addressed, because for the life of me I can not understand why people like this guy. Also, we really only have the last 4 housemates to talk about and the whole 'the real winner is....', subject has been turned into a new cause by the Alex fans, to somehow make them feel better about him losing.

Seems to have touched a nerve with you Johnson. Why are you so bothered?

P.S - I'm stil not an Alex fan....So don't go saying I am....

Radio is a good way of "learning the ropes" and understanding how the media industry works, without the risk of falling flat on your face.

Kate can be witty; Brian became repetitive in the final weeks, and he came across poorly on his first TV appearances.
Less of the stupid leg-dances and "YESSes", more of the spontaneous humour, chat, and positive attitude.
I bet she has plenty to say about pop music, for example.

If she is prepared to learn, and thinks long-term rather than trying for instant success, she could do quite well.

It is Capital FM - the most listened to station in London. And it is London - the biggest city in Europe! And being on 10pm-1am means people can still catch an hour or two before beddy-byes.

Give the gal a chance. If she does well, it might lead to better things.
