They sing in tune fine enough, but they seem to be trying to out shout each other, and as a consequence the harmonies just sound terrible. Im amazed this was ever let out as it stands.

I hope this trash doesn't get to number one. They were ok when they by themselves, but together they have ruined a very a good Beatles song that I use to like until I heard them on the Q Music Channel.

I think the problem is their voices are so different. To be honest I hate Will Young's whinning nasal voice. Gareth Gates sings it beautifully, and simply but Will Young just seems to want to show that he has a good voice too by shouting.

Apart from the song the video is also apalling. With all the money these people are making you would think they would get something better than a camera on a crane and a spotlight.

My God, GG (does it stand for glasgow guy or gareth gates I wonder?) you must be tone deaf. I think everyone knows Gareth gets by mainly on his looks and only got so far on Pop idol because of sympathy for his stutter. Let's face it he probably had the worst/weakest voice of the last 10, whereas Will has only one thing, a fantastic voice he is gay, posh not particularly good looking why on earth do you think he managed to win Pop idol? For you to compare Gareths voice favourably to Will's is frankly, laughable.

i totally agree with you on this thank god Darius didn't sign up with simon cowell i think he is one of the worst music managers ever i mean he gave us westlife and five why is he killing the charts for ????

........because he views his acts from a financial point of view rather than an artisitic one he's all about making money that's why he supported GG from day one he saw the looks he heard the stutter and £ signs appeared in his eyes it wouldnt have mattered how great any of the other acts were none would have been as marketable, thats why I found it laughable to see him sitting in judgement through every round it was a total waste of time he made his mind up on day one so why did he bother?.He was just going through the motions.
One of the greatest pieces of TV for many a year was to see him proclaim to GG "you are a pop idol - congatulations" only for the public a few hours later to ram those words down his throat by voting with their ears for the best singer rather than with their eyes for the pretty boy.
