I may be remembering this incorrectly, BG, but in the advert, the two Orange execs. are trying to decide what to call their new promotion, which is about two for one cinema tickets to Wednesday showings. After a few seconds, they look at each other and simultaneously hit on the same idea, announcing their promotion as 'Orange Wednesday.'
I had a feeling that someone was going to have an "Orange Wednesday" moment from the clues that had been mentioned above.
