I have been with Homechoice for about 6 months, and when they are good, they are very good. But I keep having a lot of problems regarding speed of internet connection.
I am on the Max Speed package, and often get around 4meg, whilst the TV is off, 2meg when the TV is on. But then, about once a month, out of the blue, our internet speed will drop to something slower than dial up. I have had lengthy calls with Tech support, many calls not returned, and sometimes the issue gets resolved, other times, nothing happens.
I'm losing my patience with it, and don't know what I need to ask them to do. Unless they can sort this problem for good, I want to get out of the contract I have with them, as they are not providing the service I signed up to.
Does anyone know what I should need them to be doing or have any idea what is causing this reoccurring problem?
