Is there any thread where you dont mention jade?...I reckon you have a thing for her

I think Tara is great, shes doing her bit, and when she was voted to have the bug shower she didnt flinch but said 'right ..lets get on with it'.
good for her..
You were watching last night when she was talking about her cocaine habit? She seemed quite pleased that she used to get through so much (although it took Uri to get her to talk about it - Simple psychopherapy). I went so far as to be unlibelous as to say ex cokehead. I think people are wearing blinkers with Tara.

As for doing her bit - Why is she always sat on her arse on her bed? Get up and do some work socialite - That's what I say.......

The way I saw it, she didn't seem pleased about how much coke she took, she actually seemed reluctant to talk about it- but I suppose that is how perceptions will differ when you start from either an open/ closed mind (in so much as you obviously dislike her)

Secondly we don't know that 'all' she did was sit on her arse, that is all we were shown, and to be quite honest the show couldn't have added up to much more than 30mins of footage. she did volunteer quite quickly to be a wood gatherer - not the least physically demanding of jobs

And more to the point the one job that's most likely to bring you up close and personal to snakes and scorpions and big spiders and horrible centipedes.

What a star she's proving to be so far ... both intentionally (inasmuch as she seems quite gutsy so far despite her underlying personality) and unintentionally (e.g. playing piano equates to spirituality!).

At this early stage, it looks like Tara, Rhona, Nell & Christine should all emerge from the show with at least slightly enhanced careers... and I'd be happy to see any of them win. The four girls are definitely my favourites!

I thought Nigel Benn would come out looking good, but right now he's behaving like Vanessa Mk 2, or some kind of Sunita figure...

There is an opposite to a closed mind - It's being so open to one contestant that you're biased.....What will it take for you to see Tara as she is?

And bear in mind that my posts about Tara are but a drop in the ocean compared to the bile (in ferocity and amount) being poured on Uri. I'm quite charming in comparison......

Totally agree with you thoughts on celebrity, I thought I would hate Tara and Christine, but I actually quite like them.
Uri is so annoying me with his schmoozing and psychic powers

and a big howdy to you natalie...
i take it gd means general discussion ? might join u in there sometime.
i feel a bit let down with the public after last night's vote. tara will do the shower with a smile....but nigel benn would have stamped his feet in protest ..we might have seen him hysterically protesting with uri sending psychic energy to him for luck and darren day in the background giving us all a rendition of "it should've been me"....lol
nelly- lurving christine ... hating ant and dec taking the proverbial continually ,whilst sipping pimms in their makeshift studio.

I would have loved to have seen Nigel have a girly fit over the bugs!! Hopefully there will be a spider one soon and we can vote him for that!!

Darrens grown on me in todays show!

I don't understand what you say about Tara being proud about her Drug habbits-she seemed, IMO, very reluctant an d ashamed when talking to Uri, unless there was another conversation I missed?

Tara is such a nice person.
Quite childish and silly sometimes but isn't that a wonderful thing in this age of aggresion and selfishness.

Tara has been my favourite from Sunday and still is, but after tonight's show - I find myself liking the people who I really want to dislike!

1st - Darren Day - He has been very entertaining in the past tweo shows and that fall was better than Kate's and Alex's on BB3.

2nd - Christine Hammilton - I really do want to hate this woman, but she comes across very sensible and not 'stuck up' like I thought she would be. Her interview with Louis Theroux and this program is helping her to gain my respect.

Yep Tara and Darren are my top 2 as well

I didnt think id like Darren but like you said he has been entertaining, the serenade he gave Tara was funny and the fall brilliant

I never quite thought I'd see the day when I liked Christine Hamilton and Tara PT, but it seems that day has come... Tara seems determined to make the best of things, and I think she's going to do herself a lot of good. Perhaps this will bring her back to reality a little...living such an abnormal life as she does is sure to cause problems.
Darren is also growing on me...it's all very bizarre!

TPT, still a boring girlie. Not exacly profound/witty/brave. Still cant understand how she is in the public eye.

Rhona looks like she wants to be the next Oprah. Maybe she is used to getting the last word in as part of her comedy routine, but needs to know when to shut it.

Nigel, what a non-personality. As competent as Tara, cannot relax, unfortunately for him. All the entetainment he will give is arguments, and he doesnt even know how to argue.

Nell, I want to see more of her (no commments please)

Darren. Normal enough person, should do well.

Tony, showing his age and intellect. Knows how to deal with the pseudo-celebrities esp when the get over emotional.

Uri should indeed be left in the jungle as someone else suggeted. He is as irritating a person as they come.

Christine, a bit of a Loopy GRandma. Wont stir much trouble though.

Nigel, Rhona, Nell, Uri should be last. Then the show should get interesting.

TPT, was expecting to loathe her, but she is surprisingly gutsy & rather good fun.

Rhona, what a bossy old cow! "Let's talk about it & then do it my way"

Nell, a bit quiet, but seems nice enough.

Christine, thought I would hate her too, but she is actually very sensible & quite nice.

Nigel, oh just shut up & stop sulking, you big baby.

Tony, seems pleasant & tries to get on with all of them. I thought he'd be an idiot, but he comes across as quite bright & thoughtful.

Darren, I have nothing to say about him except 'Was it really necessary to fiddle with your willy quite so much when putting on your shorts after that ridiculous fall?'

Uri, a completely pervy creepy fraud. There is quite an inconsistency at work when you won't gut an already dead fish, yet you are quite happy to kill a load of ants...

OMG I have to say I like Christine Hamilton, TPT and Tony Blackburn.

I think Tony would have been better joining the girls. The rest of guys are pants and girls have got balls.

It's got to be Tara. This lady is not only stunningly beautiful but has personality and intelligence,as well as a wonderful sense of humour.

"What's a maggot or two between friends."

Tara you're a godess!

Zzenzero, I wonder if you have any astrological insights to give us about the 'victims'? And what do you think about Uri? Do you believe in his psychic powers?

Ah then - It's looks that really matter. Intelligence? Sorry....slow taking baby voice....not very clever at the moment. Not that she's a bad person I suppose. She's not a godess though, she's not really a good role model unless you want to show your kids that they can quit drugs.........

I'm open-minded as to Uri's powers and yes there'll be some astro-insights soon but problem at present is locating Tara's date of birth.Cant find it anywhere.

I would need to start with her as she is my inspiration to watch the show.Normally I just go for Big Brother.Uri's date of birth will be no problem though. We'll see what his gifts from the stars are.

I'm so pleased to see Tara popular here and an early favourite.

Its a 2 week show for charity.
I dont think anyone will really be choosing a role model here, get a grip!
