There's some in a programme called 'I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here Now!' which is 30 mins in length and seems to be on between 21:00 and 22:30 over the next few weeks.

This programme is hosted by Louise Loughman and features extra footage, interviews and is live.

Yeah it would, as it's a different show called 'I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here!, and its just a repeat of what was on itv 1.

'I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here Now!' is first on at 22:00 tomorrow.

If these celebs are actually there for 24/7, similar to the BB housemates on C4, then surely it would have been a good move by ITV to give fuller coverage of the show on ITV 2, so fans of the show could watch them live at different times of the day. C4 did this with the E4 BB coverage. I can't see why ITV can't do similar?

I think its like last years Celeb BB. No celebrities would do it if they were live all the time.
Shame really.

except this prog is supposedly for charity, and any live feeds and frills would cost ITV out of their pockets? nah!

Three main reasons why not :

1. Cost. Satellite feeds from Australia to the UK are far from cheap, plus they'd need to hire extra staff to handle the compliance side (i.e. monitoring the feed and censoring it BB-style to avoid problems with bad language, mention of brand names etc). It would be a huge extra expense for little return.

2. Time difference. Australia is 9 hours ahead of us, so at the times when viewers here are most likely to be watching the feeds, the celebs would be asleep.

3. As has been pointed out, the celebs would almost certainly refuse to be involved to start with.

Which charities? Ant & Dec are forever saying that some portion of the money goes to "charidy" and I believe the celebs have picked their faves, but is there any info about which celeb has picked which charity? Never know, it might persuade more people to vote if they know exactly where their money's going.

Not stating which charity your charity vote money is going to is like when you go to the kebab van and ask what sort of meat is in the kebab and they say "is special meat sir"...

Nice analogy

I think that the non-disclosure of the charities is deliberate. They want the vote to be on what happens in the show rather than skewing it by people choosing to divert their money to a particular charity. Probably a good idea ... otherwise the person with the sick kiddies charity would almost certainly win and the person with the old wrinklies charity would probably be out early.

I think it's good way to make sure that even the 'unfashionable' charities get a decent bit of wedge. You see ... you know it makes sense

OK, I'll buy it for now - but if I ever see Ant & Dec bouncing up and down excitedly about how much money's been raised for the 'Tamara Beckwith Needs Some New Prada Shoes Foundation' I'll not be happy!

There's an auction on Ebay at present on behalf of a young lady with an expensive habit - shopping, it's called 'Save Karen'.
She needs money to pay her debts and what's more she's getting it! Last time I looked she'd collected over $5,000 plus she has a website clocking up the takings too.
Some television show gave her an airing which seemed to validate her greed ....hey, perhaps it's IACGMOOH!

He's probably giving it to his mate Michael Jackson's Save the Children Fund. Allegedly. Um, probably not actually (don't use your dark powers on me Uri! Nooooooooo...)
