I think we all agree that the bill is bloody diabolical and has been since the Ron Smollett debacle when the Supestar left the bill.
Well for all you fans of the old bill I have now started a petition to get every episode of the Ron Smollett era (1990-1993) released on DVD.

Click on the following link which will take you to the bloody petition.

www.petitionspot.com/petitions/RonSmollett

It would be great to relive the good old days of the bill with classic characters like Ron, Mr Brownlow and Mr Monroe.

It is a must for every die hard fan. If you don't sign this petition you bloody well belong in the knackers yard with the rest of the bloody tripe.

When will you people realise that the Ron Smollett era was the best bloody era in bill history.
Today the bill is codswollop in comparison.

Come on you bloody fools sign my bloody petition.
Don't you people want the greatest era in the bill's history realeased on DVD?.
The bill is tripe right now and you all know it.
Maybe if you see the Ron Smollett era you will realise how bad the bill has become. That day will dawn believe me and when it does you people will be begging me for my petitions and you will be supporting me in my fight against the diabolical British television industry.

Although, may I say how nice it is to see a petition that isn't started by Dick.

But I won't be signing.

I'll just make the point that this petition is not meant to be taken seriously.
Hence the overuse of "bloody"

No I won't. All you and Sierraone do is vandalise my petitions. If you don't agree with them fine, but just don't write anything at all would be a good idea, just like I won't write anything on yours. I am trying to be serious and you Graeme are trying to be stupid.

Lastly you haven't got the brain to realise The Ron Smollett era is exactly the same as the Burnside era. Frank and Ron starred in The Bill at the same time as each other. If the complete Burnside era was brought out on dvd , it would also include the Ron Smollett era.

You hear that will?
We are vandals.
And there was no such thing as the Burnside era. There was only one era and that is the Ron Smollett era. Burnside was a minor character in this fantastic time period.

That's what you think. The majority the core audience that is will remember Burnside more than they will remember Ron Smollett. Burnside stuck out.

What nonsense you speak Dick!
Ron was a superstar. Burnside was nothing but a minor character.
You ask the majority of the British public who they remember best and they will reply Ron The superstar Smollett.

Burnside was the major player in this series and that is a pure fact.
