I felt rhona was really being picked on - and nigel was just plain horrible to her. Her face when he said that everyone else had had her up to here. How does someone react to that sort of information. It's just plain nasty to say it.

There are a few too many obsessed with the fact that she's a lesbian. Nigel, Christine and Tara have felt the need to mention it.........

I dislike both of them, and I dont feel she wqas picked on-she would not have had 4 arguements in one day unless she was really pissing peole off!

She has a huge Chip on her shoulder, at least everyone is not just taking it and having a go back, yes shes a lesbian, but so what.

At least when Christine spoke and said everyone should thank Tara rather than having an argument over dinner, everyone listened.

What got me was the way Rhona picked on Tara - I thought it was quite uncalled for, especially since she had provided the dinner...

Rhona and Nigel both have battering-ram type personalities, and are complete strangers to compromise. I would imagine they're both getting up the other contestants' noses big time, as well as each other's.

but at least Rhona tried to discuss their differences - Nigel's approach to women disagreeing with him seems to be simply to deride them until they shut up. I suppose it works with his wife, but it's sure as hell not going to work with Rhona.

Rhona was right about the chicken though, and you have to give her marks for being the only one with enough balls actually to stand up to Nigel.

I don't think Uri was right - Rhona in my view hasn't bought issues about adoption or lesbianism (is that still an 'issue' or was Bevoir a figment of my imagination ?!) or anything else to the group -she just seems to steamroller her objections rather than offering friendly solutions to IACGMOOH camp problems.

She complained of non-descript tummy pains so she may have PMS - give it a day or two and she may feel a bit less grumpy?!! If it doesn't pass - I'll ask myself why she bothered volentering for this at all? A mate has suggested that she's being controvercial and argumentitive to keep herself in the show. Not sure, myself.

It sounds like theres a lot we're not being shown. Since Christine mentioned Nigel's homophobia, it might be the case that this has been an issue that the producers don't feel like picking up on.

I feel sorry for Rhona, myself. She's come over a bit badly tonight, but I honestly feel we've only seen one side of the story.

She did it purely because Tara Palmer Dodahs had critisised her earlier on.

Both of them was just as bad as each other, AND they both spoilt the dinner which Tara won for them during the bushtucker task! Thank god, Christine commented about this! They both should be the first to go, unless something changes by next week.

Both Nigel and Rhonna behaved pretty badly.

Nigel jumped in deciding what other people should do and eat (as usual).

He obviously has a chip on his shoulder about Rhonna being gay (I thought Uri's ever so understanding comments were a bit weird too - he made being a lesbian sound like a handicap of some kind) and just ignores her.

He also dragged everybody else into a personal argument including people who I haven't seen express much of an opinion at all.

Meanwhile Rhonna started by addressing the whole issue as if it were solely due to Nigel's personality issues and dropping into her "I know what's wrong with you and here's how you should deal with it" act. It's mainly condescending pyschobabble and understandably neither Nigel nor Tara are into it.

She obviously thought Tara was having a pop at her for being grumpy but it sounded like a fair comment to me. I suspect Emzi might well be right but god knows there's nothing more suicidal than hinting a woman's being irritable might be not totally unconnected with hormonal issues. You can hear it can't you "You're denying my right to be angry!" Whack!

As for Rhonna's "If i can't be myself i'm going home" rubbish - if that's not childish I don't know what is.

BTW I thought Tony was the only one apart from Rhonna to be honest with Nigel.

At least Rhona has been trying to be supportive earlier though - she was the first to commiserate with Tara when she had to perform the challenge, and even helped Uri out with his tick problem! To be honest I think Nigel's the worst moaner of them all - he never seems to speak except to make sure he gets his own way!

Right now I'd rather see Christine win than any of them though!

From what we saw, Rhona's lesbianism had nothing to do with her being grumpy. She was just grumpy. She has a confrontational personality, and so does Benn. They clashed. I think Dr Dave has it right.

She may well have pmt, though.

But she was being confrontational, even when Benn, for him was backing off. She needs to take a lesson from the firm and gentle hand of leadership book, written, apparently by Christine.

Christine is being an absolute star in this, although Tara has captured my heart.

She seems to be a control freak who wants to tell everybody what to do. So Nigel put in the whole chicken breast instead of cutting it up? So shoot him. If you were dying in the jungle would you care if the chicken was cut up or in a whole piece? I think not. If you're a spoiled celebrity or normal person in the jungle and had some chicken stew with a whole piece of chicken or it was sliced up? Well the difference is obvious to anybody. Not.

I disliked Nigel anyways, but to allege that the others shared his belief of Rhonna to back up his argument... just ask 'em - was so childish and pathetic and wimpish in the extreme... everything about this guy says YUK!

btw, I do think Rhonna is a bit confrontational. Even Tara said that the atmosphere in the camp changed when she got up that morning... like ready for another argument.

She's a right pain - I don't like Nigel either but Rhona is like a heat-seeking missile - ZAP!

She came downstairs one day to order this girl to shut her kitchen windows when she was cooking breakfast because the cooking smells were wafting out of the window, upstairs and in through Rhona's open windows and causing her much upset.

Pretty funny I thought.

Also there's a litany of stories about her asking them to keep the noise down (at 10pm) and then proceeding to have blazing rows at 3am

I think she's just high maintenance ... especially if she gets out of the wrong side of bed which does seem to be what happened yesterday.

Rhona and Nigel were both playing the same game yesterday ... trying to get people to agree with them when moaning about the other. Amazingly Rhona was less subtle than Nigel! I pi55ed myself when Christine said "Yes ... er no ... er what was it you wanted me to say?" to Rhona. Fabulous ... completely exposing the one-way nature of the 'conversation' that Rhona was trying to have

It was pretty interesting to see how the argument with Nigel went. She was basically saying "I have a problem with you ..." and trying to tell him how to behave and he then totally dispensed with the next 6 steps that you have in arguments and went straight to "yes but EVERYONE has a problem with you!" which was hilarious. I think in 'normal' society that would be seen as really aggressive (and I see a few people here saying so) but IMO in their situation it's a very effective way of dealing with the issue quickly. Nigel was basically saying (in his own way) 'let the group decide who's being a pain in the arse' rather than letting Rhona be chief witness for the prosecution, judge and jury!

Agree totally that Christine is coming across as the absolute A1 star ... I'd rather have her than Ray Mears FFS. What a woman!
