Can anybody tell me if Jane Harper was ever found or ever returned?

I was a fan of the show for the first 6-10 months but after i realised that this storyline could go on forever i stoped watching it.

If Jane has come back or been found i may try and get into it again.

I have also heard its been axed can anybody confirm this or can i still get it on Thursdays.

Jane is missing...as people i real life are sometimes! its not resolved yet, but thats the point.
Most storyline dont revolve around her dissapearance, but the effect on the person..and yes, she does appear to 'haunt' a few of the characters (its very funny, esp. Leslie Josephs Rachel)

Give it another go, try 3 weeks running - you'll be hooked.

BTW, it may be cancelled, but it still has another 45 eps (ish) to go..thats the equivalent of 3 series of any normal show like London burning/Peak Practice/bad Girls etc

Is it right that its on at 8:30pm!!! Or is it a mistake on the DS spoiler????

I hope that the show has been changed as it would do soooooooooooooooooo much better in a prime time slot.

I am getting very confussed with NAD !

It started in November right ! and I also read that the first episode revolved around Jane disappearing !

Well..... howcome a couple of week ago she was enjoying New Years Eve night with Sam (in the flash backs) ?!- if she went missing in November !

Also: So much seemed to have happened before Jane went- like the abortion and such but she went missing in the first episode ?!

I started to watch it in February this year and was hooked instantly !

Please can someone fill in those gaps !

The xmas/New Year on the flashbacks was the year before...jane went missing 10 mths later

The abortion, well that happened at the same time as the flashback...xmas the year before.

N&D time is diffrent as well, its autumn again, as a few weeks ago we had the start of the new term (in july!)

It help cover the fact that it was shot in a short space of time (hence we have so many eps left.)

It also explains why Tom wairs a hat (growth from crop) and why the episode with the investigator freezing time for natalie(god, it makes less sence written!!) has all the cast with diffrent haircuts.

I have read somewhere before that the truth is revealed about Jane- it does not go on forever, she is found and returns home !

It is a mistake- the episode is shown at 23:30 and not 20:30 !

I just checked the Cable Guide website- and thats very accurate !
oh well- it was a nice thought while it lasted !

Remember how shocked she looked lastnight when he said it was his birthday and it was not !

thats whats great about N&D. weeks before you get hints as to the plot twists...remember alex and josh drinking and stirring coffee in unison? just a throw away scene at the time

Also, note Josh didnt get it on with della (his half sister if he is alex & stephs abandon baby)

Night and Day is soooo going through a boring stage at the minute !

The whole Duncan thing puts me to sleep ! -what the hell are the writers thinking of ?
I like Natalie's new man tho- think he could become an interesting character !
Next weeks episode looks good tho- Natalie's dream !

I just cant wait for the whole Jane story to come to light !
