I am a BT Pay and Call customer,my account has gone 14 pence in arrears today and BT are threatening disconnection .The account will be topped up on payday(Friday 17/03/06) as per usual.Not content with threats that have no force(T's & C's give me 21 days to top-up the account)they decline to put their contact centre number on letters and 150 is useless automated cack.Does anyone know the number so I can tell BT not to do anything drastic?
