I'm going to retract what I said before - I think Ruth has a genuine chance of winning. She's not the world's best "people person" in regards to people she's actually working with or managing, but she certainly gets results none the less.

The only other person I can see winning is Ansell. Despite SAS being obviously hung up on Syed's sales results, I think that in the end he will decide that apart from that there is little else to Syed - and the guy is far too good at putting people's backs up to actually work with.

The rest of them are sliding rapidly into background status (if they weren't there already) and we've already seen Sir Alan getting rid of people simply because they melted into the background and didn't appear to do much.

I think Ruth has a chance of getting to the final four, but I'm tied between her and Michlle making the final two, alongside Ansell who I'm 99% sure will make it, or that's what I hope!

A year on, and another woman is probably going to win! I cant see Tre or Lohit winning.......although i could definitely see Simon winning it!

The women are much better than the men this year

Although, having said that, i remember last year, there were 5 men and 3 women left and somehow (as i predicted) 2 women ended up in the final........I reckon it will be Kristina vs Simon vs Jadine vs Lohit

(yes i put 4 people because there are 4 people in a LIVE FINAL this year....i cant wait)
