Uri..poor old Tony
Poor old Tony Blackburn. Thought he was going to talk to his wife and it was just one of Uris little 'jokes'.
I never did much like Uri Geller before this, now I cant stand the bloke. TB was genuinly upset, tried to take the 'joke' in good spirit but emotions got the better of him. Hes a surprise in this, I thought hed be overbearing etc etc, but he seems like a really decent guy. |

Well I have to say I thought it was funny
Tony looks spaced out. If they hung a glitter ball above his head he might wake up

Sending a telepathic message to Michael Jackson was a great idea too.
'Let’s draw a symbol in the ground, and then cover it and use our mental powers to send a birthday message to Michael Jackson' Hmmmmmmmm - no - I don't think so Uri! He has got to go first, I just dislike the man! |

Even funnier was the fact that he got the day wrong for Michael's birthday.

For a spiritual man, he seems to take a great deal of pleasure in undermining and playing tricks on people.

I think he's creepy in general - and isn't it funny that he keeps insisting he won't use his "psychic powers" to gain an advantage in the game over everyone else, but the minute Rhona has a tummyache, his "healing hands" are all over her?! I don't want to know any more about this bizarre little man, and I can't wait until he is voted OFF!

I thought it was quite funny - until I realised that Tony was really upset! I don't think they meant to take him in - it's just that for some reason he didn't pick up on the game, poor soul.

Tony seems to have been very quiet too - I really do think he's missing home more than the others.

The point of the game is, of course, to sit about looking demure and saying nought while practising your transcendental medition. As opposed to making the best of it by having a bit of fun and hopefully entertaining the poor old punters. |

Mind you, since he said the other day that he lived on lentil soup and processed peas for 17 1/2 years after his first wife left him, I keep wondering why he wasn't taken into care...

Yuri had said he was bullied at school
Well if I was eating custard and some idiot suddenly bent my spoon I would be a little ' annoyed' with him |
