Yeah, his hair always looked like a combover even in the '70s, it's holding up remarkably well (apparently).

I'm afraid I don't have much to add, but I've had a bad day and this thread has given me a good laugh, so thanks for that.

Some of these wigs are terrible, maybe they see something different in the mirror to what we see.

Yeah Hamilton wears a wig too. When he was on The Weakest Link, host Anne Robinson wasn't scared to come out and ask Hamilton if he had a wig on. He admitted it. She then proceeded to playfully taunt her throughout the programme about how he cares for his wig, does it need haircuts, etc.

Not read all this thread but surprised no one has mentioned Paul Mcartney. Dont know what that is on his head but its not natural. Saw a picture of David Beckham a few years ago and he was clearly going grey and thinning on top.

Any thoughts about Neil Dudgeon's (Midsomer Murders) hair? I know he has a tiny baldish spot at the crown but that's often a subterfuge.

I like him mind, and don't care if it is but there's something about it. Seems quite thick at the back and sides for a man of that age too..

I don't know about that. Double-sided toupee tape can be very strong.
