I'm convinced Richard Osman on Pointless wears a toupe.

I'm also suspicious of Noel Edmonds hair. If there's no wig going on, then it's a definite dye job.

He's 66 after all. The beard's dyed too.

Definitely dyed plus he's had a nip & tuck to get rid of his saggy neck.

I'm still suspicious about the hair on top.

Noel's beard just looks ridiculous. It looks like it's been drawn on.

Even though Noel Edmonds has been sporting his dyed hair, drawn-on beard, guyliner look for ages now, I just can not get used to it.

Every time I see him on TV (which is not often) his appearance totally freaks me out. The man looks bizarre.

I've never watched an episode of Pointless because he annoyed me so much.

There's just 'something' about him which gave me the creeps.

Maybe it was a toupe.

Are you a bloke who wears a rug then? Why are you so bothered about forum members discussing it?

Men look stupid wearing wigs so they're fair game like Sir Cliff for example.

http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-31630793
You can see his own hair on the sides, a completely different colour to that of his syrup.

I really can't fathom why blokes wear them, 90% of the time they just look so obvious and ridiculous, who are they kidding? its impossible to take them seriously.

I'm just starting to loose my hair, luckily 10 years older from when my Dad lost his, I could never be bothered to faff around being unable to relax just in case someone should see me without, someone might touch, or that it might slip.

I have a theory that at the same point in life the eyesight tends to go and the same vanity that these guys have also stops them from wearing glasses, hence they can't see just how bad they really look....

It's like he's made of wax.

Did anyone see Tony Blackburn's wig on Dermot O'Dreary's Comic Relief 24 Hour Dance-O-Thon?

It looked all right. Best WIG he's had.

I have this mental image of Tony dancing but the wig staying stationary on top of him.

It's amazing that someone like Tony Curtis, who made millions and millions of dollars from movies, should go out and buy a $10 toupee that doesn't even match his existing grey hair.

Oh god he looks like my mother in law.

That looks completely terrible and it is like he has dyed it with henna as well.

It wouldn't look so bad if it was the right colour.

Cliff can't be short of a few quid. He should invest in a toupee like this and we wouldn't laugh at his ginger wig.

That's a good video, the guy looks completely different by the end and you'd never suspect it's a wig in a million years.

So the big question is, why do Bruce Forsyth, Cliff Richard, Elton John, etc, still go for the bad toupee/wig?

Your original question.

That's very impressive. You can just see the lace/net or whatever it's called when he zooms right in on the hairline, but it's 100 times better than these showbiz syrups.

Which, again, is the point of this thread - not to make fun of people who just wanted to do something about their hair loss, but to comment on how ludicrous and inappropriate some of their efforts are.

I think that's the tape.

There's rumours that the top/front of Olly Murs hair is a wig and after watching that video I can quite believe it's true especially if you look at this photo: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/7191deI1DtL.jpg

Rumours? Lol, it's definitely a weave or a wig! Isn't his twin brother bald as a coot as well?
