Harry Connick Jnr wears a rug. Springstein definitely does, as does Robin Williams.

He now looks like a large Black cat has taken residence on his bonce ![]() ![]() I hope this link works. Remember Numan had receding hair way back when? Brace yourselves and check it out now ! http://www.zillo.de/magazin/mags/072...ary_numan.html John Travolta wears a wig, Ted Danson wore a huge hairpiece when he was in Cheers, Nic Cage is rumoured to wear one. Joan Collins, Beyonce and Dolly Parton are all wig wearers. |

nobody is mentioning Whitney Houston? allegedly she has some condition that makes her bald and so always wears wigs. Also many many Jewish women wear wigs so I am sure we have a Jesuit Celebs that fall into that catagory.

Amy Winehouse?
![]() I love wigs. By that I mean I love seeing them on other people, celebs or otherwise. My grandad had a colleague who had a jet black Davy Jones from the Monkees - style wig, which he wore all his life - the last time I saw him he must have been about 75! He used to draw on a black spiv-style moustache too I never found out his name, in our house he was of course known as Wiggy.Sorry to go OT. Frankie Howerd had a dreadful syrup. It was a completely different colour to the rest of his hair! |

Is it not possible that he's grown the fringe longer?
I didn't know about Tegs either! But Tony Blackburns is dreadful, the way it stands proud off the back of his neck. |

John Travolta has some awful wigs.
The least said about that 'short hair' wig of his, the better. |

Perhaps Amy's beehive will take on a life of its own and strangle passersby once she removes it to sleep. ![]() She does wear a false hairpiece as a beehive though. It always looks to me as though rats and mice had taken up residence. |

There are some good wigs out there that are actually very realistic.
Which makes me wonder why Blackburn's wig and Newman's wig are so bad. Newman's looks like a ferret on his head, and Blackburn's I don't think is even real hair. Some sort of fibres. It looks dreadful on TV, must be a laughing stock close up. |

What about that Google pic of John Travolta's wig...LOL.
I always thought he had hair. ![]() It's like a netting round the sides to make it look as if the hairs are growing out. So so sad.

Some pics!
http://www.bomdigi.com/images/wogan400.jpg Ooh, that hair looks fake! Look at that plastic sheen under the harsh studio lights! http://www.cultidols.com/images/idol...ey-200x250.jpg I reckon that dark patch swirling around on top is a rug! http://depts.washington.edu/kexp/blo...teen-Vandy.jpg That's a pretty good wig if it is one, not in the usual side-parting that always exposes the stapled ferret gang (Whiteley, Forsythe, Wogan)... I can't see Bruce Springsteen being vain enough to wear a wig ![]() There are too many amazing pictures of Ted Danson, couldn't pick just one, so here you go: http://images.google.co.uk/images?gb...n&q=Ted+Danson http://www.poster.net/cage-nicolas/c...ge-6225587.jpg Is it just me or do those side burns look stuck on? |

He's not that famous - but my own personal favourite rug is the one belonging to Michel Thomas language teacher to the stars. I think he is based in LA, and was once on the Big Breakfast teaching carpet monster to speak Spanish in an hour.
He was quite a short tempered fellow with those who didn't have the gift for a foreign tongue. I always like to think of his wig spinning like a top when he got frustrated and enraged with his dim witted students. I will try and find a lovely pic of him and rug (spinning hopefully). youve brought back a great memory,i wanted to learn french,i was browsing the dvds/cds in wh smith when i saw michels cd's i burst out laughing at his wig, couldnt stop all day,i bought the cds but his wig kept popping in my head when he spoke |
