Im sorry but if you think people who love each other are 'sinners' because they are the same sex, then that IS homophobia.

Surely he is as much entitled to hold that view, without derogatory labels, as Rhona is entitled to hold the opposite? Doesn't mean they have to be at war constantly because they don't agree.

What I do know is that anyone who even dares to suggest that they do not agree that being Gay is right is pounced on from a great height and labeled a homophobe or worse.
Comparing Racism with personal views on sexuality is not valid, not even a starter, they are quite different.

If you believed that the bible was the absolute word of God, then you would have to agree with it's contents and regard homosexual conduct as a sin.

Or even better, be the mature one and just let it slide, accepting that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, howver correct or incorrect?

what the hell were ant and dec doing tonight when they said christine was a stirrer. she blantantly didn't want to get involved and only told the camp about darren when they had kept on and on. she certainly didn't go on about it or embelish it.....leave it boys we are enjoying the programme as it is , don't need you 2 spoiling our enjoyment !!!

Definately disliking Darren & Rhona more and more. Today's show from Rhona, while *appearing* friendly, seems somewhat scheming to me.. sigh...

And as much as I like Christine, she definately appeared to be stirring today. Yes, the others begged for her to tell, but only after she dangled the corrot in front of them to begin with!! "Ooooh, guess what I heard.... but can't *possibly* tell you...". C'mon!

bit concerned though about nigel's closing comments....he was very agressive..not sure if it was aimed at christine in part...
if he confronts her in his agressive manner i think the programmes producers should step in. he is getting very intimidating and unpredictable.....this should be very worrying to itv, i know it is worrying me !

Yes, I think his closing commetns were aimed at Christine too. I suspect he has found out that Christine told Rhoan about him saying that homosexuality was a sin and therefore Rhona was a sinner.

Mesostim, I too am prepared to give Christine the benefit of the doubt over one incidence. Rhona, however, has been at the centre of all the discord in the camp - it cannot be that heavily edited. She is either the most thick-skinned, undiplomatic woman that ever lived or she is deliberated provoking and winding up Nigel and Darren. Myself, I think the latter. They may have got nasty back, but what did she expect, she certainly started it, and then, what really annoys me, she turns round to the rest of the group and bleats on about people picking on her -unbelievable - I can't believe everyone is falling for it.

Ant+ Dec were just showing what we all think. Christine is deliberately stirring. This is what the papers have picked up on before.

he might not like that christine spoke of his religious beliefs, but .
1- keep it to yourself if you don't want people talking.

his behaviour really concerns me , christine has been the most sensible of all the celebs...she has a wise head on her shoulders..nigel should pay heed and listen for once instead of bulldozing in as usual.

the GBP will decide soon enough. I'm sure that Nigel will be the first evicted from camp... save the producers having to do it. I agree that he is a liability in there.

Christine (and Tara) have been the peacemakers IMHO. Chrstine said that she didn't want to divulge what the row was about but clearly stated that, as she's been asked by three different people who were all concerned, she sighed, hesitated then clearly stated the facts. I can't see that at stirring at all.

Christine has indeed been extremely sensible. I don't think that she expected Rhona to go off on one when she gave her that piece of info about Nigel's beliefs. I think she thought that it might calm Rhona down - ie thinking 'Well, it's not just me, he's a religious bigot & therefore I can ignore what he says.'

Shame that he was so unforgiving in tonight's show - what about Christian forgiveness?
