totally agree with just about all said about nigel, the blatant homophobia is terrible and the fact that he explodes about anything and does'nt even apply any reasoning, his attitude is very much you do it my way or you get a punch lol

The whole religion thing only started when Rohna said "We don't what that crap in here" refering to the bible. As a christian yourself I thought you would maybe understand Nigel's anger at this?

I'm soooo glad there are so many others who also think Nigel is nasty etc... & support Rhona, I just hope she knows & doesn't leave (or hasn't already) thinking everyone hates her. If she leaves it'll be really tedious watching all the others suck up to Nigel. So far we've seen a bad side of Rhona, but if Nigel goes, I'm sure we'll get to see the other sides of her, whereas Nigel just appears to have this one, nasty, narky, aggressive persona. Everyone keeps blaming Rhona for pissing Nigel off, but don't forget, Nigel was agressive & argumentative on day one when the guys & girls were separated & sent on a trek. Nigel was 'orrible to Tony & Uri & Rhona wasn't even there. And then later when he & Uri were putting up the toilet curtain, it was so obvious that they didn't need 12 foot square space, but when Uri was trying to suggest they made a smaller cubicle, Nigel just got aggressive then too, again Rhona wasn't involved. Nigel was a pain from the very start!
I would like to see how Darren acts with Nigel gone & Rhona still there....

So now we're talking about Rhona, emotional/verbal bullying is in vogue again? ok. However, nobody has phyically bullied her, and it's well establised that she's the leader of the pack with emotional bullying.

Nonsense. Verbal bullying is far far worse than anything phyical (other than permanat disfigurements rare in bullying), and this is what Rhona is doing.

However, can I suggest two things to help everyone's sanity?

1) Give up on the "bullying" arguement from both sides. I hardly think any of it constituted quite as bullying, just plai bitchiness and dreadful inconsiderate behaviour.

2) Drop the whole subject as hopefully the contestants have!

This is the only decent post I've seen here, the rest seem to reek of empathising with Rhona because she stood up to the "big scary black bloke - and we all know how aggressive they can be don't we?" Bollocks, if you watched the show from the begining, you would have noticed that Nigel worst crime towards Rhona, was being dismissive, calling her "Rhona the Moaner", childish maybe, but not aggressive at all, and that it was her who started trading insults with a patronising venom from day one, and it was at least 3 days of arguments before Nigel started waiving his finger about.


That fact that you lot chose not to see this that, and are willing to create a whole persona for Nigel based on an absolute whisper of evidence, says more about you, and your own fears than it does about anything else...

One could actually say the same about creating a Rhona persona (ryhmes) -What's good for the goose is good for the big aggressive gander.....
